Our Policies
This section addresses our policies for cancellation, payments, and refunds.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session price.
Additionally, we offer the option to reschedule sessions up until 12 hours prior to the scheduled session. Sessions that are rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance are subject to our cancellation fee.

When cancelling or rescheduling a session, please communicate the reason you are unable to attend the session.
Acceptable methods of payment include Cash and Interac E-Transfer. Payments can only be made to Kieran Regehr Reddy (Owner-Operator).
At the end of each calendar month, we will send you an invoice with total owed for month. The invoice will include a summary displaying all sessions during the month.

Sessions that are paid for and cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive full credit for a future session.
If for any reason a session is cancelled on our behalf within 6 hours of the timeslot, you will receive 25% off a future session. If you have already paid, you will also receive full credit for another session.
