Meet our Team:
Kieran Regehr Reddy
Owner-Operator/Tutor
Hi! My name is Kieran Regehr Reddy and I am a student in my third year of post-secondary studies at the University of Manitoba. I graduated from Kelvin High School in 2023. I spent my first post-secondary school year taking Math and Physics courses as a student-athlete at York University. I am now in the process of completing a B.Sc. (General) degree, before applying to the Faculty of Education to complete the two-year B.Ed. program at the University of Manitoba.
Aside from my studies, I work as a Server at The Keg, and a Supervisor for the 50/50 department with the True North Youth Foundation. I also volunteer at the Winnipeg Humane Society once per week, and will be spending my third season as the Head Coach for one of the 2010 Boys Basketball Teams at Corydon Community Club.
In my spare time, I love to lift weights, go on bike rides, play instruments (guitar, electric guitar, ukulele), play sports, read, and spend time with family and friends.
Additionally, I have received a Full Police Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.

Ryan Bilous
Tutor
Hi! My name is Ryan Bilous and I am a student in my Biology program at Canadian Mennonite University. I graduated from Sturgeon Heights Collegiate in 2023 with a French Immersion Diploma, which allows me to tutor in both English and French.
I primarily tutor in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, helping students strengthen their understanding of key concepts and build confidence in their academic abilities. In addition to tutoring, I work as a Group and Activity Leader at Camp Manitou, where I enjoy creating fun and engaging experiences for campers.
Outside of work and school, I play volleyball for the CMU Blazers and love staying active through running, sports, and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy playing video games and finding balance between academics and recreation.
Additionally, I have completed a Full Police Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check.
